Here at Old South Events we add a true southern touch to every event. Specializing in day of event coordination, to help you enjoy your special day. We are also available to work with you on your event from start to finish. With a number of vendors at our fingertips we want your day to be as perfect as you have envisioned.
Weddings/ Anniversaries
Day of Event:
This package begins with a meeting to ensure everything is set up and all the contract are correct. We will be with you the entire day of your event making sure everything goes just as planned and fixing any last minute and unexpected items so your day is perfect.
Weekend:
The Weekend package gives you a full weekend beginning with rental delivery. This does include rehearsal and the planning of the rehearsal dinner as well as all day for your event.
Last Minute Details:
This package is the final two weeks before your event. Beginning with a vision meeting and ensuring all the details for your day have been taken care of; and if not that they will be before the event. Last Minute Details also includes rehearsal and day of event coordination.
Full Coordination:
Full Coordination is the package for the busy event. This package is a start to finish with an unlimited number of meetings we take care of every detail of your event no matter how small to ensure your day is as perfect as you have always envisioned.
Birthdays
Full Coordination:
Full Coordination is the package for the busy birthday host. This package is a start to finish hand held guide with an unlimited number of meetings in which we take care of every detail of your event no matter how small to ensure the birthday is as perfect as you planned.
Weekend:
The Weekend package gives you a full weekend of birthday coordination beginning the day before the event with setup of rentals and a walk through of the event space. We will be there through out the day of the birthday to ensure every detail is looked after and all is perfect.
Showers
All You Need:
For all your baby, bridal, and lovely shower needs we make your planning easy. We take your ideas and bing them to life. Helping you enjoy a perfect stress free shower even as a host.
Holidays
Weekend:
